anyone have any suggestions for some? I wear 3xt shirts and 46x32 pants. Want something to keep me warm but not to keep me soaked with sweat.

I would say I good wicking undergarment as a base layer, and then outwear to suit your exertion, weather and comfort. I have been wearing some gore-tex gloves from Cabela's they are a bit bulky but keep my hands at just the right temps. We have been having that temp range here too in Sunny California and where I am there is often a good amount of wind coming off the water. That Aerotech stuff looks great. I think with a lot of wind you are going to need something snug to be affective.
