Where to buy Lake shoes now?

I'm looking to pick up some Lake 302 winter boots but I can't find them anywhere. I understand the US distributor went out of business. Does anyone have a line on where to buy them? (Looking for size 48 wide.)

Why doesn't Shitmano make their winter boots in size 49 or 50? Only small footed people deserve warm feet?

Not sure if this helps but Colorado Cyclist has a Northwave winter boot that goes up to 48. They don't list it as being in stock on the website but you can always call them to see if they'll get it for you.

Lake just picked up a new distributor. Supply should be back soon.

I realize I'm waking the dead here, but you strike me as a knowledgeable guy, Shiggy, so maybe you can help me out. Lake's website (::: LAKE CYCLING :::) has no other links besides "shoes" and "technology", so no help for purchasing there (and I'm looking to get them for a customer of the shop I work in). Found an FAQ page on a different google search, but all the links within the page are broken, so no help there.

Their facebook page says that "Stage-Race Distribution" is their North American distributor, but lo and behold SRD's official page makes no mention whatsoever of Lake as a product they carry. I emailed someone earlier this afternoon but I've learned quickly that the bike industry is full of flakes, and it may be weeks before someone gets back to me. Any ideas?
I don't believe anything, but I have many suspicions.

Stage-Race hired a company called MJM to handle west coast sales for them, according to a bicycle retailer article I found. I got the MJM main guy, Mitchell Murphy, while he was driving. He assured me a rep for my region would be in touch. Apparently Stage-Race just landed this gig so their north american warehouses are still expecting shipments, so wait time may be an issue, but we'll see.
