What kind of shoes for non-clipless?

What kind of shoes do you guys ride with when not using clipless pedals? Kinda a weird question, just thought I'd ask.

Check out some 5.10s. Same company that made my climbing shoes.
We may sprint in packs, but we climb alone...

Imo for serious grip on platform pedals, 5.10 Impacts are the way to go.

No discussion necersary on this one 5.10 make the only good bike shoes as the have the technological advantage of producting high friction rubber.

Making a shoe is easy, designing the rubber is nearly impossible.
    5.10 makes the best rubber.

impacts are a little heavy in my books, I use the basics but will move to freerides when these wear out.

Last year I used a pair of La Sportive Spot (the model name is "Spot") shoes. Those were great.

This season, this month actually, I've bought of pair of 5.10 Karver shoes. They grip ok, but they are big and clunky. I don't like them at all, and I plan to replace them when I can, and give the 5.10 Freerides a try.

I wear Nike Trailing Running shoes

they feel as tho they grip platforms pretty well. and the lugs can get locked into the openings on the pedal but still allow you quick removal.
