    Wear your helmets kiddies...

    <embed SRC="http://clip.break.com/dnet/media/content/bikefaceslam.wmv" WIDTH="400" HEIGHT="320" AUTOPLAY="true" ></embed><br><a href="http://www.break.com?e=1" target="_blank">As seen on Break.com</a>

best part is that the guys says that a helmet wouldn't do anything, and that the kid does not want to see himself!

its true, a skatelid would have done nothing to prevent that, although it looks like he cracked his forehead first, so maybe it would have done something..

no bmx'er will ever wear a full face.

and personally, i like seein how badly ive messed myself up

Actually, you can see many bmxers with ff in the X games. Some even wear body armour.

That rail was too short. You can see that his front peg didnt even get on the rail.
If you're not living on the edge you're taking up to much space.

"Normally a good rider" isn't a viable reason to not wear a helmet. Personally, I don't lecture people on the importance of wearing a helmet. If someone doesn't think there is anything worth saving in their head, it's fine by me. Remember one thing, if you choose to ride without a helmet, you will be as ugly as this guy (or worse) at some point.

yes that rail seemed too short to grind unless you hopped on earlier somehow. should of still had a helmet on. FF or OF either one. if he would of landed on his head more, bad things....
