Warm weather very lightweight pads/sun protection?

I live in a warm, humid area, and I am looking for something for arms/elbows and knees that will protect against sun exposure and provide very basic protection for falls/abrasions. In other words, something like this:

Sol Skin Sun Protective Cycling Arm Coolers - Bouré Bicycle Clothing

But with some small amount of padding. I figure if I am wearing something to protect against the sun, it might as well have a little crash protection, but at the same time, it's pretty warm and sticky, and I actually do a fair amount of climbing too.

    Help?!

The elbow part is simple, long sleeve jersey. If you expand your search to motocross apperal they make some really nice ones that breath well and will keep the sun off your skin. Sorry i can't help on the legs,

That's a good idea, although I already have a lot of short-sleeve jerseys that I'd like to continue wearing... I may buy some anyway.

But I also found this new line from 661:

SixSixOne Rhythm Elbow Guards 2012 from BikeBling.com

Seems to be about what I am looking for. Anyone try these yet?
