I've got a pair of tatty shimano SH-M088's, they are really comfy, but then they are two years and many many miles old.
As they are falling apart I got the M089's last year. They are comfy but, they do rub, the ratchet it poorly positioned and the tread blocks are shorter than the M088 which means they float on the cleats as the tread doesn't grip on the pedal.

Are there any other large foot friendly comfy shoes? I ride 40 miles regularly and anything up to 100 with plenty of climbing. They would also need to be durable for the horrible British winter conditions.
