    Redneck helmet light

I hope this shows up, first time posting a pic on this board. I use this 2 AA Dorcy LED on an old helmet in addition to my bar light. it is 100 lumen, I have it aimed low so it is right in front of my tire, works real well for 10 bucks!! it has lasted 2 hours with no major diminishing of light on Enloop 2700mAh batteries. Haven't had it on the trail yet but it works good around the house and the school park next door. I may mount 2 of them because they are very lightweight. I will redo the wire ties, just doing that as a test.

Looks good. A lot of us started out just like that.

Hang out here long enough though and you will end up building things. Terrible things......

Yeah Texas, that is what worries me. If I spent half the time riding that I do on gear and researching it, I would be in great shape.
