Pearl Izumi Select Barrier jacket in the rain...

SO i bought this jacket specifically in wearing it when it starts raining. nothing to complain about just that when I wore it today i noticed that there were some weird dots in the inside.... on the outside it basically has small indentations where water drops were not sure if this is just because the jacket is really thin or what?

i've had other waterproof jackets before and none of them had this effect.
