    Opinions about this body armor?

It's their in-store brand. Anybody ever use it? Any good?

Their pricing right now is damn good.

    Bump!

You know I'm curious if anyone has real world knowledge if these suits are decent or not. I own a brand new Rockgarden flak jacket so I don't need another one but I am wondering too if anyone has actually used one. I could give a crap that its made by Sette.

I have the suit. I just got it and only have one ride on it so I can't give a total review yet, but so far I'm impressed with it for the price. I haven't ever tried any other armor, so I can't compare to others, but for the price I'm definatly happy. It fits good and there was no discomfort while offering good protection.

    Why is that?

I too am looking into this, and I am wondering how is the sizing? Does it run small or large? Tall or short? I am hoping that it will be long enough for me, as I am all torso height, and any shirt besides T-Shirts are always XLT for me.

    How hot can it be?

Is it hotter than other offerings? I think alot of people complain that any body suite armour can run hot. Isn't that the trade off versus the protection offered? You guys who are saying its hot is it really over the top hot compared to a Rockgarden Flack Jacket?(which I have)

Thanks for the feedback anyways on this product. I would buy one if it had some comfort, offered decent protection, and was not stifling hot.

    So it's hot?

If the fact that is hotter than some is the only complaint, then I am not worried about that. Heat doesn't bother me much, as I have spent many a summer working in steel mills having to wear thick long sleeve shirts and protective jackets over that.

Not too sound like a complete noob, but it seems like you could unzip the suit for the lift ride up and then zip back up for the ride down, no? Should help to cool you off.
