MTB Helmet Buying Advice For 50-90 Bracket

Hi Everyone, I'm looking to buying a MTB Helmet, I've set my max at 90,

I've been looking at a few brands and models and tried a few on for size, but theres so many out there I just wondered which models i should be looking at for my price bracket so I can focus my purchase on those which are most popular for my needs.

I'm currently using a XC hardtail for mainly off road use

My favorite atm is the Giro Athlon

    Thanks in advance

    Pete

i've just got a scott karma, very pleased with that
was also looking at the giro hex, giro e2 (really liked that, lots of back head coverage by the looks of it) and the bell sweep

    In most

countries, and I'm sure the UK is no different; there are standards set for helmet safety levels. That means you can buy an el cheapo model for not much cash, or virtually any one you want. Pick one that fits your head, budget and vanity scale, not necessarily in that order.
