More goggle questions!

I am sick of riding up cold trails with fogged over glasses. I have decided to get a pair of ski goggles but I have a couple of concerns. I have never skied and am not near a store that handles ski type stuff. Will they behave with a helmet (I'm currently using a Bell Influx). I think the new enduro-style helmets are cool and they seem to be designed for goggles but I don't see one in my immediate future. Also, are the lenses hard to change as far as clear or tinted? I have read where riders are using snow boarder or ski helmets but that is also not my deal. Thanks for any insight.

Probably should have added this is for riding in temps below 15 degrees F.
