    mid-weight-ish winter-ish gloves

Winter riding in my neck of the woods often means Sunny desert with temps 40-50 degrees. I often find myself needing just a little more than regular riding gloves but not needing the excess bulk of Winter gloves.

one possibility is the Royal Racing Mercury Gloves : Royal Racing Mercury Gloves Review | Mountain Bike Review

    Any other suggestions?

I picked up a pair of these the other day when my regular long finger gloves were not cutting it

They have been great so far on two rides in the exact temps you mention

Those are nice, but bulkier than the Mercurys for sure.

Kinco Warm Grip work gloves. Acrylic fleece knit with rubber coating on palm and fingers. Work great on the bike and for winter trail work.
    Usually cost under $8.

The trouble with common sense is it is no longer common
