    Merino wool briefs recommendations

I think I'm going to be ditching chamois' completely, and am looking to try out some different base shorts. I found some seamless Zensah compression shorts I'm going to give a try, but I also want to find a merino option to try.

Anyone have a merino base layer brief they're using for riding? And I'm talking summer riding too, not just cold weather gear, which seems to be what most people are using merino for around here.

I'd like to find something that still offers support, and isn't too baggy. I don't want everything getting knocked around, you know?

What I really need is windblocker briefs.

So everyone is wearing a chamois? And Jayem's, um, cold?

Jayem- I have an old pair of Swix windblocking boxer briefs I wear for winter riding. One of the best pieces of gear I've ever owned. I think Craft has some good ones- wear the crotch has a big windproof panel. Worth every penny.

I wear bibs on the bike.

At times I've when it was cold I've worn a pair of merino 3/4 leggings instead. Or I'll just wear knee pads.

Icebreaker underwear or maybe try Rapha merino underwear. It's likely to be more cyclist thought out.

Ibex is going out of business right. Their merino boxer briefs are great. Think they're called 'woolies'. Check em out while you can.
