    loose fitting heels

Anyone have any tips on how to tighten up the heel area of your cycling shoes. I've been having an awful time finding shoes that fit me right. I've tried a number of different shoes over the years and have always had a hard time fitting them well. The ones I've found to fit the "best" are Sidi Dominator 5s size 45. They fit me good enough in the toe and around my foot but my heel can rise a bit in the shoe. Any ideas on how to get that shoe to hug my heel?

Never had heel lift problems with bike shoes but I've had heel wedges in my ski boots before. Maybe something like that would help?

I thought about both thicker socks and some sort of heel wedge. Will have to give both a shot
