i went to a motorcross shop (motorcycles) and found a good one for $85. Brand VEGA. not as vented as a MTB one but for lift access its OK. Super comfy anyway. I bought an Xl cuz none of the MTB FF's fit me, even though my XC helmet is a large and is a bit loose. go figure.

They make the viper model I bought in sizes ups to 5XL !!

I used to wear an XL/XXL troylee D2 and the L Giro Remedy fits me pretty well.

The Azonic Fury is the only XXL MTB full face that comes to mind, but I read they run small too. I had the same problem and went w/ a moto XXL. I got the AFX 17 (solid and not too heavy) for $60 at this link, real good deals on helmets and body armor, ect with free shipping:

I have a big head size (7 3/4) and I have found the giro remedy to have the biggest best fit.

Specialized Deviant fits my gigantic noggin perfectly. A little bigger than the Bell, Mace, Giro or Troy Lee.

im having the same dilema but really would prefer a mtb helmet. then articles like this scare you from going mx:

Tech Tuesday: DH Helmet vs. Motocross Helmet: Which is Safer? - Pinkbike.com
Orange Blk Mrkt mob- rigid fork
Flat Green met Kona-x-fusion velour 100mm
PBR Transition BR- fox float 160mm/fox dhx air

This. I've been using an XXL 661 moto helmet, but been meaning to get a lighter weight bike-specific helmet (not just because of that article, but for something lighter with more airflow). So far of the ones I've tried on, the XL/XXL TLD D2 and L Giro Remedy are the only ones that fit. If you have a narrower face I'd recommend the TLD D2, wider face, the Remedy. The Remedy had a lot of side to side slop in the cheek area for me.

The XL Kali did not (it almost did, but pressed really hard on my forehead). I think the Fox one was too tight also if I recall correctly. POC helmets run really small. Just my experience so far.

D3 has adopted moto sizing, so I'm assuming the XXL TLD D3 would fit too if you have the coin, but I have not tried one on yet.
