Cool-blue Rhythm Long LONG term review 2FO's

Got the 2FO's, for flat pedals,
    I ride the mtb weekly,
    I pull the Insoles,
    Hose them out,
In front of a fan and dry by morning,
Two full years just this month,
A year before that used off and on,
The pedal pins have done some damage to the souls,
Hold onto my Race Face Affect pedals perfectly,
Hike a bike traction Is very good,
Souls are like bike tire rubber,
They grip even In the wet stuff,
They don't shed mud worth a darn,
I'll get another year I bet,
    $130

I have the same shoes and quite like them but my Atlas pedals have not been so kind to the soles. Huge deep gouges that left me with no grip.

Fixed them a few weeks ago with some Freesole and they seem to have come back to life. Will be picking up a pair of the new 2FOs and using these ones for my commute.

I have went through 6 or 7 pairs of various 510s and had no complaints regarding performance, wear was another matter however. Since the five tens kept wearing out I purchased the 2fo 2.0 this time to try something new.
I won't be going back to 510. I just think the 2FO is a better shoe overall. It has a firmer sole, it has at least as much traction, it fits nicely, their notably lighter, they have a space to tuck in your laces. Just better all around for me.
I do have to say that the 510 warranty is unbelievable. Not sure I'll see the same out of Specialized but I guess we'll find out.
