Left my helmet at San Felasco this afternoon.

Hey guys. I accidentally left my helmet atop my car this afternoon at San Felasco. Just realized a few minutes ago- was about to jump on my commuter bike and couldn't find it. It's a grey/silver off-brand helmet with a dial adjust in the back. If you happened to see it or pick it up, let me know. I live in Gainesville, so I'll go back in the morning to see if I can't spot it. Trails were fun today, but there were a lot of down trees and branches in the back loops because of the crazy wind. Thanks folks.

Did you find it? I work a block or so from the trailhead, and could look for it after work if you want me to.

I went back today and alas, it is gone. I've looked on craigslist to see if anyone listed it as found, no luck.

Whoever snatched it: I took a big spill about three weeks ago, so I would advise not using it unless you want to be braindead. I was about to replace it as soon as I had the money.

I guess now you've got an excuse to buy a new helmet!

That sounds like the title to a Tony Bennett song.
