    leatt body armour reliable?

    what do you guys think of Leatt body armor?

    Is it strong enough to absorb shock?

    You need to be more specific as to which type you are referring to as their AirFlex Knee and elbow protectors in my opinion have no shock absorbing properties but I wear them. I also have some of the 3DF knee guards and they are pretty substantial.

    yes, the pads thick and are a lot firmer than they look. If you use a neck brace it is perfect. The 3df pads retain a lot of heat and are heavy if you plan to pedal a lot though.
