Knee pads that you don't have to take off shoes?

I have the Fox Launch Pro knee pads that are great pads. Comfortable. However, it is a pain in the arse to take off shoes every time to put them on and take them off, especially if doing a few different downhills and have to pedal up.

Any companies that make short knee pads like Fox Launch Pro pads that you don't have to take off shoes. I haven't been able to find a company that makes them.

Adds shin protection, but check out the Fox Launch Pro Knee/Shin guards. They can be fully opened in the back, so no removing shoes.

The POC joint knee pads are excellent. I just climb with them on. Typical rides in excess of 3000 feet per 20 miles. They work great!
