    Hydration pack with strap/gel pockets

Does anyone know what brand of hydration pack this fellow is wearing?

I'm looking for that or a similar pack that has strap pockets like that. If not that one, any other recommendations?

    Thanks for any input!

XC racers sometimes tape gels to their frames top tube. Just an option...

OP - not sure what brand that is. I do not recognize it, although t looks like a Fox logo on the strap. I have been looking pretty hard lately at hydration packs and I have to think that that particular one is very old, very fringe, or both (I haven't really dialled into the Fox offerings though).

Although not quite the same, CamelBak Volts and Osprey Raptors have zippered side pockets on each side of the waist strap. Same idea - easy access on the fly to gels or whatever. Those 2 (the Volt and Raptor 14), along with the USWE F4 (no on the fly pockets though), are in the running for me. Just like you, I like the idea of easy, on the fly access to my gel flask, phone (for pics of wildlife, biking goddesses, whatever) and anything else I need quick access to.

As an aside, my Oakley pack I use for commuting has those mesh pockets with velcro strap closures on the shoulder straps, but I would never use that pack for hard core riding - it is light years behind the competition in terms of technical design. Among other things, it's made of heavy cotton. Lol.

    Could be this?
    - not exactly the same logo but the drink tube, sternum strap and front pockets are very similar (Gregory Tempo):
Tempo 3 - Gregory Mountain Products

Niiice. I think you nailed it.

Strange that there are not more designs like that out there.
