    help me find

    i want to go clip less soooooooooooooo bad but see here. i don't want to have to carry shoes with me when i walk to class or to eat lunch go to the post office etc. are there any shoes out there i can do kind of well EVERYTHING in since i use my bike as my main mode of transportation. i want them to look good. I'm an old country boy being forced into the city scene so i need yalls help haha please post a link and why you think i should get the shoe.

    I've seen shoes in the bike shop that look like sneakers with laces. If the soles clear the pedals without the cleat touching the ground, you should be good to go. Keene also makes a sandal that takes cleats.

    take a look at the 5.10 minnaar or hellcat.I believe they came out with 2 spd specific ones recently as well.

    661 filter spd as well
    shimano has a pair as well

    Keep in mind any shoe that can take cleats will be reinforced for it. Some more than others, but they wont be as flexible as regular shoes. So if you're going to do more walking then biking, you may want to go with a good set of platforms and some skate shoes.

    I have an older version of these and they work pretty well and don't look like your typical MTB shoe:

    if your just buzzing around town or campus you can very easily pedal clipless pedals with regular shoes.

    i have a good set of well go they just are heavy and i wouldn't mind it being a little lighter on all out weight. as far as walking goes its not much just from the rack to the classroom.
