I have trek helmet. I took a spill over the handle bars and landed on my head. I Ripped the one size fits all zip tie on the inside is there any way to replace this.

    Can't replace your head but

TREK's site says they offer a 1 year free crash replacement. If you achieved a successful head plant, you should replace the helmet anyhow; all MTB helmets are 1 crash only devices. Once used, it needs replacement.
