    Fibreglass. The carbons have a gloss finish to them.

    carbon ones are typically shiny and may expose some unpainted part of the carbon

    Go fiberglass..........carbon helmets are way overated for cycling use, and the exposed carbon usually ends up looking crappy after about a year. I learned my lesson with a Troy Lee D2 carbon helmet....never again.

    Good job!

    thanks guys. i just ordered a giro remedy carbon for $190 from pricepoint. I read alot of good reviews about it. I like the THE coliseum helmet but $300 was too much.
