Nice riding!!! You handled some good launches off of some big drops! The sport course gave me enough fits. Last summer I eyeballed one particularly big drop on the expert/pro course and it made me a little woozy.

Not sure about opening day, your correct about above average snowpack. The first DH race is scheduled for June 29th. Let's hope the spring/summer comes quickly!

    Follow up video

And here is the follow up video with the mostly non-helmet cam footage. I can feel the snow melting, ha ha.

Hmm. At the top the step down, drop goes over the logs, that has the ladder build so you dont have to jump it. I always took off from the left of the ladder and landed to the right of the ladder and kinda straitened the corner.

And the two stump drops with the ladder take offs in the lower middle section suck during the race. It would be so nice for them to have landings.

Do you have any vid of the other pro/expert course? I liked that one better.

Sounds like you had the fast line up top left of the bridge at the stepdown... as for the middle part with the stump jumps, the fastest juke right around the first and stay low and off the leftside on the second one. The second video I posted in this thread midway down is almost entirely footage from the other pro/expert top and middle alternate lines.

FYI ALL - The first race has been postponed with a replacement date still TBA. First race is now the July 20th one. Randy, like your banner ad, free beer eh?
