    Giro Terraduro rubbing issues?

Just bought a pair of these, was stoked to find something comfortable for my wide feet, set the cleats up for my crank Bros candy pedals and even with the cleats pushed hard to the inside there is a considerable amount of rubbing on the crank arm. Anyone else had compatibility issues?

I had a similar issue on a new pair of specialized shoes. I put the cleats on the inside as well which made a small difference. What finally kept the shoe from rubbing the crank arm was turning the angle of the cleat slightly outward. Good luck, hope it's an easy fix.

Reviving an old thread. I rode with my Terraduros for the first time yesterday. Mine rubbed the crank arms pretty well too. I moved the cleats as far to the inside as I could. Didn't think to angle them. Makes sense though. I'll see how my first adjustment fares before I move them again.

Be on the lookout for knee pain after angling the cleats and don't ride through it if it happens.

Thanks for the tip. Odd that you should say that. Not sure if it was a coincidence, but on my first ride with the Terraduros, I experienced some debilitating leg cramps on my lower quads right above the knees. It was a typical ride for me and was I hydrated normally. Never had that happen before in 20+ years of riding.
