Bonking ... not feelin' well Foot pain with new clipless shoes

I'm new to clipless pedals and i am riding cannondale roam shoes. The problem is that my right foot has pain on the outside right where the toe meets the rest of the foot. I don't have any pain on the left. Any insight as to what to do would be great. Ideas for cleat position or technuiqe would be helpfull also.

    Pressure?

Check for a smooth fit of the insole, that your sock wasn't bunched or you weren't hitting a seam. Next, you might consider adjusting the strap that effects that part of your foot; you may have it too tight.Youmight try a thinner sock. As the shoe breaks in and forms to your foot you can cinch things up a bit. Remember, you are breaking in new shoes.
I wouldn't mess with clete position yet unless you are way off center.
