Fat biking newb looking for clothing advise

Just got my new to me fatty and that brings me to several apparel related questions. Used to ride my "normal" bike until the snow was deep enough to get stuck and will wear leg warmers with baggies along with a base layer shirt, jersey, fleece and windproof jacket along with windproof gloves, clip less shoes and wool socks.

Not sure if fat biking requires better weather protection, if so:

What kind of pants/trousers work the best?

Will waterproof hiking boots be enough and if so which ones work better with flat pedals?

May use my ski helmet and goggles but my regular helmet, skull cap and shades are not out of the question.

    What else am I missing?

What kind of pants/trousers work the best? -- XC ski pants works great.

Will waterproof hiking boots be enough and if so which ones work better with flat pedals? -- wind proof and warm will help

May use my ski helmet and goggles but my regular helmet, skull cap and shades are not out of the question. -- I find a ski helmet gets very warm when riding.

What else am I missing? -- warm gloves; lobster mitts or bar mitts. Also, something to protect your face when it gets too cold to bear.
