E-bay Factory Jersey / Shorts Kit, TOO Good to be True ???

There are boo qoo guys selling the exact same stuff on e-bay, DELIVERED, for half the price of a real Cannodale Jersey, (or ANY other Factory Team Jersey for that matter !!!) What gives, are these the real mcoy, or cheap imitations ??? Can the Chineese, get the same Gear, from overuns, in their mother country, or are these cheap, look a like jobs, fostered on us stupid Americans ???

Here's a good guideline for life in general: If you think it's too good to be true, it likely is, especially if it comes from China.

They are imitations. I know from experience.

A lot of the time the ebay knock offs happen to "fall off " the assembly line where the real stuff is made. Sometimes they are also blems.

That's the story they will tell you.
What you will get is poorly made counterfeits made with cheaper materials, lower stitch count and poor construction.

I picked up some Chinese knock offs two years ago, the material was ok, strong and wicking ok.
But he zipper is not as heavy as a name brand, but has not failed. the elastic waist ban is not to nice.
Bottom line is, low quality in fit and finish, but held up as well as my good kit.
The stains on the packaging indicate freshness

The problem is that there are "beau coup" team rider wannabes that are cheapskates and they will forever keep these counterfeiters in business.
