    DH/FR'ers looking for new helmet

Check out GrandPrix Motorsports on County Line and Santa Fe in Littleton. Just bought a HJC CLX4 today-was 175, now 130 or somethign. Sweet paint job, super comfy helmet. It's a motorcycle helmet, but it's as light as a DH MTB helmet-for the most part.

They have extra fat sizes for you "superheads". XXXL! Also a ton of TLD clothes that are pretty sweet too.

I've been looking for a replacement ff helmet, and want something that's certified by somebody. Kinda scary looking at paying over a hundred for a helmet that has no certification stickers on it anywhere. I'd even be happy w/ the old DOT standard as opposed to nothing...
Is the HJC DOT or SNELL or ??

    Approved for Prof. Motocross

So, yah it has all the certifications. Most DH'ers are going to flow blown motorcycle style helmets. Much safer than the 661 I have now. Looks ike I'll be skiing with the 661 this year.

    Check this out:

It might not be on par with the above mentioned helmet - but you can't beat the price.

I have a HJC CLX 4 and it's a pretty good helmet. I used it for a year in motocross but I use it for freeriding now. Light, Strong. DOT and Snell approved.
