For what I would call "cool weather" clothing I would suggest looking around to the numerous threads on cold weather riding and just subtracting a few layers. I get by in the fall with simply underarmour under my jersey and sometimes a fleece.
SS is like beer...its an acquired taste.

I've been wondering the same thing. I've got decent cool weather (40-50 degree) clothing for road riding, but I'm not sure it would survive off-road use for long...

    Cold (not snow) Weather Clothing

Any suggestions for cold weather bike clothing? I can't figure out what to get. It's cold here with some rain and wind but no snow or freezing conditions.

Well I don't even have cool weather clothing for bike riding because I am not sure what to get. It's all so expensive.
