Chinese Chamois Liners?

In this day and age of Chinese carbon frames and rims, are we also able to get PRC chamois liners for prices that are gentle on the ass?

Chamois liners are going to cost $20+ for someone to sew them, unless you can do it yourself. I'd suggest Pearl Izumi liner shorts (cycle underwear with chamois) or the ones on EBAY are even cheaper. That way buy a few so you have enough for a trip and just 1 or 2 flat seamed shorts to cover.
