Bonking ... not feelin' well Body Armor Question

I just made my first trip to the top (Cocktail Rock) of San Juan and wished I had some extra protection on the way down . I'm not a super-agro rider but I have a 5" travel FS bike and feel that I should be working it a little harder. So I'm not looking at full face helmet or chest protector, just suggestions on what yous guys find works well for knee and elbow guards.

    Thanks....

Uh, the rock is the halfway point, not the top.

For armor, I like the SixSixOne shell-less pads, simply because they are very comfortable for pedaling in. I have both the arm and leg pads.

On another note, the trail is a lot more fun above the rock. At the rock, turn right, and enjoy some real sweet stuff.

    ROCKGARDN all the way...

Check out Rockgardn Airframe Elbow/Forearm & Knee Shin (see pics). They are super light and super breathable. Give'em a call if you have any questions.
