Big Bear Helmet Cam: 5 Spots on Fall line

We went up to snow summit for some lift-assisted trail bike action. I know, why not ride DH bikes? Well, Snow Summit is lame and only allow 6 inch bikes and less. There was much discussion about this on my thread last year where I spent several weeks up there.

Me and my bud Will hit up the fall line trails with deadbolt joining us soon after. We fired up the helmet cam and even though Will was fragged from jet skiing the day before, he still stepped it up to ride point for the camera.

Hard to tell from the video but the dirt is loose and sketchy moondust. If you're following someone you've got to stay right on 'em. It also takes a couple runs to used to it. The first run usually feels like complete crap and then it starts getting better. By the end of the day it begins feeling pretty good!

There were some new trees down which made for some new jumps.

That video just doesn't do it justice.

Is it just me, or was it more fun (better conditions) last year?

It was fun riding with you guys. Humbling as usual...

To be more accurate the rider was forced by his insurance company to sue to recoup costs. Bad scene all around.
