Good job! Another reason why 5.10 shoes rule

Not only are they the stickiest shoe around for platform pedals, they have awesome service.

I had a small issue with a pair of my Freeriders. I fixed it myself with a little GOOP glue and duct tape, but I figured I would email FiveTen about what happened purely to let them know. I have been using FiveTen rock climbing shoes for years and now use their riding shoes, so I figured why not pass on some input since I usually have entirely too much to say about a lot.

Anyway, I sent them an email with a picture of what happened and without prompting them at all for a replacement or fix, they are warranty-ing my shoes and sending me a new pair of Freeriders as a replacement. How cool is that?

I love to hear when companies stand by their product, especially in the bike world, so I figured I would share and pass along the good vibes.

I called them to order a second pair when my freeriders started to come apart - they sent my second pair to me free of charge. Great outfit for sure.

It was a known issue with the older Freeride design.

    5.10 hooked me up too.
