    Allergy Face Mask

Pollen season is a few weeks away and allergy pills just doesn't cut it for me. Has anyone tried using Allergy Face Masks when mountain biking? Which one works best for breathing in and filtering air? it seems most of the ones I see online would be hard to breath in. Thanks!

Have you tried local honey from your area? I am a beekeeper that sells local honey. And the people who ingest my honey swear by allergy suppression. But if you're looking for allergy suppression using honey you need to ingest a honey by itself. Some people recommend two teaspoons a day. Also for allergy suppression it's NOT recommended adding it to your tea because the temperature of the hot water kills the enzymes.

Hmmmm. I had tried LOCAL Honey for helping with allergies but not sure if it helped, yet your reply indicates I could have been "killing the enzymes" (over oatmeal, nuked).

Yes.. hot oat meal will kill the enzymes if it's brought over a hundred and forty degrees

FYI - My allergists says that the honey to help with allergies is a myth. Placebo. If it works for you have at it!
Giant since you are allergic to bees then you are allergic to the bee venom in the sting. Different honey is totally But some could be allergic to Honey also
