In for a pair, thanks OP! I use my Smart Wool socks here in RI during the winter and they work great. Hopefully, these perform the same.

I got mine yesterday. Very nice, but a little bulkier than I normally wear. Should be good in my hiking boots, for snowshoeing, etc.. They won't fit in any of my current cycling shoes.

    Quick review:
I swept in and bought 4 of these double packs when this thread first popped up. For the money; they are awesome. Wearing them right now. I use them as everyday work socks but, have also skied in them. While to low to be considered a good ski sock, they do the job amazingly well.
Complaints: My girlfriend keeps stealing them.
The main online ***** is that they are small. I wear a 10 street shoe, average volume, and they are fine. Any larger and I could see that complaint as being valid.
    For the price; buy now.

I agree that they are a great buy! I got in on the $6 deal. Like rt said, too short for skiing but great for everyday use and riding. I wear a size 12 shoe, and no issues at all. They keep my feet toasty during New England winters!
