what would be the biggest jump you'd do on a lapierre zesty 314?

    Hi

I bought a bike for all mountain purpose but i was just wondering what would be the biggest jump you'd do on a lapierre zesty 314 Without breaking anything on the bike!

Want to take up a few downhill/freeride tracks but i lost my job a while back and can't afford a downhill bike at the moment! When i say Downhill/Freeride i mean jumps to a max of 6ft nothing mad at the moment for me would the lapierre zesty 314 2011 (AM) handle a 6ft drop/jump?

    Yours sincerely

    Wayne

It depends entirely on how the takeoff and landing are shaped. A two-foot drop to flat could easily be harder on the bike (and your body) than a six-foot drop to a steep landing.

Depends on the riders skill, only you can make that judgement. Ive seen guys on rigids do 6-8ft+ drops.
