    Size fit Genius or Fuel

    I am 5' 9",175cm tall inseam 30",77cm, very skinny 60kg.
I must buy bike used, not have money for new and ther is limited opition.
I see two bikes, but both are Large, one is Scot Genius 2013 L size the other is Trek Top Fuel 2010 virtual size 19.5".
Can I ride them properly, I think to bring the seat forward 4 cm?
Medium Size is so rare in used market, mostly are Large or Small bugger.

With your short inseam I assume you have a long torso, so the large size will give a good fit in terms of TT and Reach, but the Fuel's 19.5" seat tube may be too tall for your leg length (not sure about the Scott).
I would look for a "smaller large" or a longer Medium bike.

I'm 5'9" and if I had to choose between a large and a small I would pick the small. You can always add a longer stem if you need to but you can only go so short.

I got a large for my 5'10" wife and she hated the medium.
