Scott Genius bent shock mount bolts

I have a 2016 Scott Genius 720 (carbon front triangle, aluminum rear triangle). I got the bike new 'old stock' April 2017 ( just over 1 year). I've put about 600 miles of Trial / All Mountain riding on the bike. I get some air but no large jumps or drops, mostly technical climbing and downhills.

I had a strange noise from rear pivot/shock. Was kinda of a 'clunk' or 'knock' on every compression then a creak would develop as well. Though it might be shock bushing, replaced but did not fix. Thought it was loose or dirty pivots, not it either. Took me forever to track it down.

Turns out I have bent shock mount bolts?!?! Hard to tell when looking at them but easy when you rotate the bolt:

Has anyone experienced this before? I have to order new bolts from Germany. Should I expect this annually?

    Thanks,
    Keith

It'd usually a design flaw where the bolts are too small or too long for the application. Falling rate bikes make it worse. The bike should not have this problem.

    You're turning black metallic.
