Tony, now that is a scary picture. Ugh it sends chills up my spine.....................

I went with the FSA Platinum BB. And since I went with a 1x9 set up, I opted for an 11-34 cassette paired up with a Surly 34t single speed ring up front and a short cage xt derailleur. (That chain is not going anywhere!)

Let’s get a beach cruise going before the snow falls!

Post it here if you're going to arrange something. I want to get my FatBike out and test my new BB setup.

Anyone know who makes custom sized stuff bags that may fit on top of racks?

Rando check REI. I picked up a couple a few months ago. I do recall that they had several in different sizes that would certainly fit the bill. I found these in the back with the kayak dry bags and goodies.

    (EDIT)
Sorry Rando, These stuff bags are not what you are after. They are more like a dry bag.

had to double check the single up front thought it may have been a double at first. Sweet Pugs though I don't think it's bike rack friendly. btw anyone recommend a good shop for prepping a steel fram for a build (Surly LHT) I tried to put the headset in but it's not going in right size just stubborn

I didn't realize the gray pugs were available. I'm waiting for the Ti ones in a few weeks.

Try Jandd Mountaineering - lots of different sized bags. Also, I just put a Jandd standard rear rack on my 16" Pug. Fits perfect. Just mount the drive side of the rack to the inside of the frame rack boss - towards the cassette - so that it's centered on the offset rear wheel. It clears an Endomorph by +1" on each side.
