    Ride Friday anyone?

Out of towner here looking for a ride. I have Friday available and was wondering if someone might be up for something like Resurrection Pass (as much as is open).

I've got a bike (thanks to Adam B), but no car. Gas money is on me.

I've ridden the local Anchorage stuff and was hoping to do something a little further afield, but hitting the local stuff would be cool too. I'm an experienced rider who is well prepared.

I know it's a long shot, but if you might be up for a ride, post or email me at:

    [email protected]

    Thanks.

I am off Friday and am thinking about doing Russian River. Give me a call on my cell. 240-7037 ask for Jeff.
PS I will be at the hospital today till maybe 5.00 pm. so I may not have cell service till after that.

Much to your disappointment, I'm sure. We seeing you this weekend or you all tied up with GDR?

    Jeff--

Thanks a lot for the offer. I had already got a PM from Elfbkr (Mark), and had started setting things up.

Thanks to Mark and Adam for a great ride on the Devils Creek trail.

For this Arizonan, places like this seem like a different planet.

Light rain at times, but really, good weather. Made it to the cabin, then a ways down towards Coopers. Unfortunately we had to head back so I could catch a flight back to 100 degrees and bright sun.

This was an interesting obstacle. Wouldn't want to be the straw that breaks the camel's back on that one.

Thanks again for showing me the ride, guys. Also big thanks to Adam (different Adam, and the "Adam" here on mtbr) for the loaner B29 for the duration of my stay in AK.

    Thanks Krein

For the Sox. Cool pictures, it looked like it was 70 degrees in the pictures. My camera, after its long 1 year of use through many AK trails and even the Whistler bike park riding on my hip lost its life this day. Not even a cool crash broke it.

    Mark,

Thanks again for the ride. I was wondering about your camera. That was a pretty unimpressive way to bust a camera. Bummer.

Hope to see you guys down here sometime soon.
