    Photos from 12/29/2007 Frigid Bits

Follow the link to see the photos I took from the latest Frigid Bits on 12/29/2007. I had some technical difficulties (external flash wasn't recharging) so I shot many of them without a flash.. so for shooting most of them without I don't think they are bad.I already have remedied that problem though and should hopefully have something here by the next event.

    The gallery is here: https://crsouser.smugmug.com/gallery/4082669#237879212

Not all are like this.. but this is 'literally' the first 15 seconds of the race in one frame.

the generator trailer is great! judging by the other photo of the setup, it looks like one hell of a lot of light.

You know this is now just begging to put even more lights on there. I mean, 1000 watts of Halogen? How about 1000 watts of HID? What about 2000 watts of Halogen?

Personally, I won't be happy until there's a helmet light to go along with the bar lights...
    waaahoooooooooooooooooo

Calvin : Ahhh, another bowl of Chocolate Frosted Sugar Bombs! The second bowl is always the best! The pleasure of my first bowl is diminished by the anticipation of future bowls and by the end of my third bowl, I usually feel sick.
Hobbes : Maybe you shouldn't use chocolate milk.
Calvin : I tried Cola, but the bubbles went up my nose.

I was a bit surprised no one had glow sticks or illuminescent paint.

I was thinking of the glow sticks that are long and you see at raves wrapped around frames and in wheels and all that too. Maybe some of that NightSight or Indigo glowing paint too.

Would a set of LED Xmas lights taken up much power wrapped on the B.O.B. too?

    nice time exposure!
the only thing that would top the generator bob would be to be towing a groomer behind it all.
