New question here. N. bivouac ride today?

Anyone up for a bog singletrack ride this afternoon? After lunch sometime?

    Saturday

Hooligan and I plan to meet at the parking lot at N. Bivwack at 2 PM . We will be riding our snow bikes. I have the new H bars on the Ripley and will be doing some fine tuning of the bars and the bike. So, there will be more stopping and starting than usual.

    Okay

2pm sounds good to me, we can always break into smaller groups if there is too much stopping. Or whatever. I'll be there with the big pink bike.

    Snowbikes?

Come on guys, I've been out of town for almost two weeks now and was really looking forward to riding some hard frozen dirt when I return. Do we have so much snow that snowbikes are needed already? Or are you all just antsy to break them out cuz it's been a while?

I suppose I should mentally prepare myself for snow season, after all it is almost November. I'm just not quite ready to give up dirt! Or Kenai passes!

See ya at the meeting Mon. eve. Get ready to saddle up Dave.

Adam rode Pinkey w/29er snowcats, Carlos rode his Ripley w/ snowcats, Zac rode a Obed w/reg wheels, Chris rode his Monkey w/reg wheels and I rode the Riddler w/fatties on reg wheels. The partially snow covered roots were a challenge to say the least. It was a good ride despite all the dabs from hidden roots.
    Later,
