    Mike's Big Trip

I dropped Mike C off at Knik today and rode out to Burma Road with him.
He's heading to Nome totally self-supported.
Updates will be on his blog here

Did he do the same trip last year? Or is there something extra in my tea?
This is just need to know information: Am i supposed to enjoy the irony or pity the sincerity?

Mike had to postpone finishing last year's trip until now. Hope things cooperate this year. Best of luck Mike.

    South Route

Mike's never done the South Route and wants to add it to his list.

    Good luck!

Hope he lets the Iditarod trail crew break the trail before leaving Tokatna. The south route is only used every 2 years when the dogs come through, so getting there too early is no fun. Believe me, it was not fun......

As for the Nome racers that section determines when to leave McGrath. We'll just have to wait and see.....

    update?

Anyone got an update or link on Mike? With all the drama of Rainy Pass, I forgot about his trip for a few days.
