Results and photos of the Matanuska Valley 200K and the Anchorage/Palmer/Anchorage 300K brevets are now posted.

These were both high-adventure rides offering lots of miles, interesting routes, pretty and quiet backroads, and plenty of hills. Riders of all types ranging from racers and wrenches to 'bent pilots and touristes-routiers all turned out to meet the challenge.

If you need some more distance training for the Fireweed or one of Rio's upcoming awesome AEA rides, or just want to experience one of the most beautiful long-distance road rides ever, come join us on the Anchorage/Seward/Anchorage 400K brevet on June 6th. It's a long ride with some big climbs, but the 27 hour time limit makes this distance within reach of most fit cyclists.

I'll have details posted on the website and AK Rando blog soon.
