    Awesome

Your best one, IMO. Is that normal to be able to get up there and ride in the winter? Could be a commercial for Fatbacks.

Sweet was that around Pillar? Miss the rock a lot some days. Dreamed about the B&B last night.

Yup, up on Pillar. We went up again this morning, but the Pineapple Express is about to pay us a visit again. It was fun while it lasted. And no, having epic supercrust everywhere is not normal. We may get it a few times a year, but the weather changes here so often that it rarely lasts very long.

Noice low angle light and funky colored slickrock. Harder to discern the sandy stretches between the rock when it's all that color...

    Freakin' stunning.

If you're into that kinda crap...

    Is A riding a 14 or 16" frame?

That's a 14" frame (22" top tube). She loves the standover.

The camera angles and footage in these videos get more amazing all the time.

The crust is not like it was, so we hit the cottonwood flats above Buskin Lake yesterday. Here are a few scenes:

Barny rides a Cannondale Chase as her around-town single speed. Hers has fenders.

    just curious...

**EDIT** nevermind... I must have stumbled upon an older copy of the page, I just saw the updated one... I LOVE that orange BTW...

Thanks for the link. It's really shameless the way Ibis shills for Fatback.

    Need help finding a bike!

I'm gonna be on Kodiak June 27-July 16th this year and I'm looking for a MTb to ride! My family lives there and every year I say I'm going to get a bike and bring it up but I never do. Are there bikes on the island? Should I buy in Anchorage?

    Thanksnfor the help!

58 Degrees North is a shop here in town that sells mountain bikes and Tim usually has a few worthy models on hand, but you would definitely want to call ahead and find out what sizes and models he has on hand. I also have a lot of pretty high end Turners and could arrange a loaner depending on what size you are.

I am 5'8", 170lbs. Any way you may want to move one of your used Turners

I ride size large bikes, but we could make one work. I can get you on either a Horst link or DW link. Let me know when you are in town. I will be gone until the end of June doing hydroacoustic surveys on the west side of the island, but just post up around July 1 and I will check in again.
