    Hatchers pass willow fishhook. Passable?

I know the gate doesn't open up until July most years and even with this years measly snow I don't think the road is open to cars yet. But has anyone been up there recently? What are the chances of making it through on the bike? I'd take the fatty and just go for it but I'm taking my son who doesn't have a fatbike. If the road is closed but passable it would make a sweet bike pack trip for my son and I.

The lodge webcam shows the snow from last week is all gone at that elevation anyway.

Well it was indeed passable. Some serious hike a bike at the summit in knee to thigh deep snow but after that smooth sailing. Camped up Craggie creek then out to willow today.

For chugachjed I missed the possessive apostrophe. Sorry. Hopefully Robert Hatcher will forgive me. :-) not that it's correct with it anyway but at least it would make sense.

    Really though no worries man.
