    Hatcher Pass Snow Riding

There's still some late season winter riding goodness to be had at Hatcher Pass. Blulia, Chain Gang Dave, and I rode the Gold Mint trail this morning, it was in great shape back to about 4 1/2 miles in. There's still a ton of snow but hit it early if you don't like post holing, it gets hot in the afternoon. The downhill back to the parking lot was very enjoyable and the scenery was not too shabby either.

That's friggin awesome!! I love Hatcher Pass, but the weather can turn in a heartbeat. I've only ridden out there in decent weather. I love your bike!

    Crust Riding Near Portage

The crust riding is good heading up towards Spencer Glacier when you start right by the junction of the Seward Hwy & the road to Portage. We were skate skiing but saw one guy on endos and a friend a regular mtb. They started too late and were starting to sink by 1p, but up until noon you could have ridden a fatbike anywhere. The skate skiing is phenomenal!
