    December Frigid Bits !!!

Calling all Frigid Bits Fatheads and Wannabe's
This ride will take place on this Saturday evening. The start will take place at the parking lot at mile 1 of the Campbell Airstrip Road. The mellow velo riders will leave at 6:30 and the fast riders will take off at 7 PM !
The Fabulous Burn Barrel may be there, however, please bring wood for the fire !!!
The leisure riders will ride as a group; the fast riders not so much. The Mellow riders will be a perfect group to ride with if your new to snow biking, you must have the fitness to keep up and a bike that is ready to ride. Also, the course will require a fat tired bike.
The Course: Start at the Rusty Bridge, turn left at the trail and ride to Rovers Run and ride all the out to the South Bivwack Parking lot cross Campbell Airstrip Road and ride into the North Bivwack Parking Lot; ride down the Tank Trail to the Moose Ridge Trail entrance , take the left turn on to the trail, ride this trail all the way around to the 8X8 sign post adjacent to the frozen marsh, take the trail that goes east of the sign post and drops you out at the double track and this will exit at the North Bivwack Parking Lot, cross the Campbell Airstrip road ride through the South Bivwack Parking lot, ride across the bridge, turn right, go a short distance and climb the short hill and ride to the Brown Bear Trail, ride down this sweet section at the bottom turn right, ride to Moose Meadows turn left and ride this trail to View Point, swoop down View Point to the rusty bridge.
Oh, helmets and lights will be required.
Please use this thread if you have any questions.

    Wood

The person who usually donates the wood for the Fabulous Frigid Bits Burn Barrel is in D.C. - if you plan to hangout around the Fabulous Frigid Bits Burn Barrel please bring some wood.
