Can we still ride trails in the Kenai Peninsula while it's RAINING?

We arrive is Seward, Alaska this Thursday, June 4. The weather forecast is for a solid week of rain. We planned on two days of mountain biking. My wife is concerned that the trails will be nothing but mud pits and it will make for some poor to impossible ride conditions.

Does anyone have any knowledge of what the trails are like while it's raining. Do any trails have good drainage that can handle rain without turning into muddy ruts? There are four of us who plan on renting bikes. Like all excursions in Alaska, it is not cheap, so we want to make sure the trails are accessible before paying for two days of rentals.

Russian Lakes Trail is well-drained, and Cooper Landing tends to get less rain than Seward or Moose Pass. The south side of Johnson Pass is well drained too, but mostly under canopy -- the north side is definitely wetter and sees more precip. Devils Pass trail can be Ok, but gets wetter the higher up you go. Resurrection Pass trail is well worth avoiding when wet as it turns to peanut butter, and Lost Lake is still snow-covered up high.
Most the trails are pretty dry for the moment and can probably absorb some moisture, but if the rain really turns on, hiking might be a better use of your time.

Update: Just got back from a week in Seward. Rain all 6 days so no mountain biking...

However, the hiking and kayaking was breathtaking!
